Upon entering the apartment, which encompasses a portion of the first floor and the entire upper floor of the building, you will be greeted by arched windows, a dining area, full kitchen, and living space complete with a flat screen TV with internet access to all of your favorite streaming apps. There is also twin pull out couch and half bath downstairs. When you reach the top of the original hardwood stairs, you will find the 2nd living area with a mini-fridge and coffee bar so you can get your morning coffee fix without heading downstairs. This living area has a 4-seat pub table, couch seating for 5+, and a flat screen TV, DVD player, and many movie options to choose from.
